The Master bedroom is Gulf Front and a true luxury having floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach. It has a king-sized bed, TV with DVD and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has his and hers vanities, a large walk-in closet, large whirlpool jetted garden tub and a separate shower. The second smaller bedroom has bunk beds and is equipped with a TV and DVD, as well.

| The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a bar with seating for four. A pantry and plenty of cabinets offer ample storage space for food and supplies. All utensils and dishware are furnished. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer with iron, ironing board and dust buster. |

The Living Area has a sofa with a queen sized sleeper, flat screen TV with cable and a 5-disc DVD/CD surround sound stereo system. The living area also has a complete wall with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the beach. A telephone with free local service is provided along with a high speed DSL internet connection with unlimited use. A large sliding glass door opens to the balcony with an unobstructed view for miles down the beach. The balcony has plenty of room for relaxing with a full patio set including large table with six chairs, a chez lounge and side table.
